  • Operational due diligence of a fashion company

    In-depth analysis of a potential acquisition target for an ecosystem business working closely with the financial and commercial due diligence teams. The target company operates a portfolio of stores and an online store in fashion. The focus of the operational due diligence was the quality and level of sophistication of the target’s front of store, back of store and logistics infrastructure as well as its customer service offering. The goal was to evaluate whether the target could be the core of the ecosystem’s fashion expansion.

  • E-commerce strategy for an international business holding

    Design and detailing out of the e-commerce strategy utilizing existing assets within the holding’s portfolio. The holding operates a variety of companies in multiple countries, mostly focused on B2B. The strategy work covered the development of an overarching B2C strategy and the role e-commerce plays in it. The work combined commercial, operations, loyalty and data, finance and IT into an integrated strategy that would shape the holding’s development and acquisition decisions.

  • Digital health education offering for a healthcare payor

    Development of an MVP digital health education offering together with a client team and external suppliers using agile methods. Goal of the project was to create the first offering of its kind in Germany focusing on people who currently don’t benefit from the opportunities afforded by digital health products and services. The MVP encompasses an online and offline component that supports people in getting more reliable information and making better choices.
